CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS, CHANGE YOUR DAY, CHANGE YOUR LIFE !

Date: Saturday 20th March 2010  Time: 10.00 am to 2.00 pm  Venue: Seville Lodge, Callan Rd, Kilkenny  Cost: €50.00 / €25.00 unwaged.

I get asked many times by numerous people “Seriously, Breda, are you trying to tell me that by changing my thoughts I can change my life?”  Well, I say to them, it’s like taking steps – if you take care of the small steps, the big changes will occur over time.  Twenty two years ago, I changed my thought patterns from negative to positive.  I made a conscious choice to be more positive.  Over time, these positive thoughts uplifted me, made me feel better in myself, and got me off anti-depressants.  I learnt to become a master of my thoughts, not a slave to them.  Now I make a career out of helping people to feel better in themselves.  But of course, it’s not quite as simple as that!

 

You have to start from where you are RIGHT NOW!  Everyone’s NOW is in a different vibration, a different frequency, a different outlook, a different attitude and a different feeling.  Everyone’s focus on what they want is different too.  I started back then by focussing on what I wanted in my life, and not on what I didn’t have!  But whilst doing that, I also lived in gratitude for what I already had.  My day would start off with a simple statement (or prayer) like: “Thank you for my eyes and being able to see.  Thank you for my arms, my legs, my body and being able to move.  Please help me to show myself love in two small deeds today.”  Those two small deeds might be something like eating healthy food, walking around the garden listening to the birds singing, or saying something kind to someone.  Each day I added more and more to my list.  Twenty two years on, I look back and, to this day, still do the same. 

 

The small pleasures in life mean so much to me - like receiving a hug from one of my kids, stroking one of my dogs, or enjoying a beautiful view – all of which allow my heart to open up to unconditional love.  When we change our habitual thoughts, bring in our desires, and focus on what we do want, we then are truly on our life’s path.   

 

All of the above has inspired Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Day, Change Your Life!”  This workshop is a must if you feel that you live too much in the head, and feel like you are like the hamster on the wheel, always turning and turning, and never switching off!  It’s also a must if you feel overwhelmed by negativity - you want to be happy, and would be, if only you could break out of the vicious circle of negative thoughts.

 

The workshop takes a fun but practical approach to helping you to be more positive, improve your life and be happier.  Topics include:

  • Understanding your conscious and subconscious minds
  • How to change your thoughts on a daily basis to be more positive: small steps lead to big results!
  • Effective ways and means to heal your life
  • Comprehending your emotions and the organs they can affect positively and negatively
  • Using the Positive Focus Wheel to achieve and maintain what you want or desire in your life.
