Homeopathic First Aid & Positive Living Course

Homeopathy is a safe, natural, non-toxic way of treating the whole body.  It enhances the immune system, and helps to prevent and over-ride disease in the body.  Homeopathy is like the missing piece in the jigsaw puzzle of health.  Once the link is found - ie matching the to the individual symptoms to the correct remedy - BINGO! - the body's own healing system can then take over and do the job it is supposed to do.  In our lives today, we have too much suppression, with medication and anti-biotics for viral infections which can result in side effects like candida, fatigue and digestive disorders.  Homeopathy works on the body's vital force, and from my many years of using it, I find it to be the most suitable therapy to help restore health rapidly, gently and safely.

I run regular Homeopathic First Aid & Positive Living Courses in both Kilkenny and Waterford.  The aim of the course is to give you the confidence to self-prescribe for a range of common ailments and illnesses in the home: these include coughs, colds, diarrhoea, grief, hayfever, headaches, heartburn, indigestion, nausea, PMT, shock, skin disorders, travel sickness, vomiting and so on.

The course runs over six evenings, and also includes advice on nutrition, positive affirmations, meditation and techniques on how to how to gain more happiness and inner peace in your life.   You do not need to have a knowledge of homeopathy or medicine to attend: the course is suitable for parents (mums and dads!), practitioners, students and any interested individuals.  Included is extensive documentation, in the form of a 75 page binder covering all ailments in detail.

Numbers on the course are strictly limited, so to reserve your place, please call 056 7724429 or 087 2025753, or email us.
