Homeopathic remedies are made by a process called potentization.  The relevant substance (plant, mineral, metal etc) is diluted and shaken vigorously (or successed).  The process is then repeated a number of times, each time using a fraction of the resulting solution, until the desired potency is reached.

 

What does Potency mean?

Potency refers to how many times a remedy has been diluted.  For homeopathic first aid, a 30 potency is normally used.
